Dental Implants
Dr. Call is pleased to offer dental implant restoration to his patients. Unlike removable dentures, dental implants allow Dr. Call's patients to enjoy natural speech, cleaning, and chewing, while endowing them with a stunning smile. When dental implants are restored and maintained by a highly qualified restorative dentistry expert such as Dr. Call, patients can enjoy a natural-looking, flawless smile for a lifetime.
Dental Crowns
Dental crowns are an excellent permanent solution for discolored or chipped teeth. This natural-looking porcelain restoration fits over existing teeth, masking imperfections and lending support and improved functionality to weak or damaged teeth. Dental crowns may also be used in conjunction with dental bridges to replace missing teeth.
Dental Bridges
Dental bridges are used to fill in gaps created by missing teeth. A dental bridge is an artificial tooth that is anchored in place with supporting crowns on each of the teeth surrounding the gap. Not only do dental bridges restore the look of your smile, they also aid in chewing and speech, and keep existing teeth from shifting to fill the gap created by a missing tooth. Dental bridges may also be fixed in the mouth by adjoining dental implants.
Inlays and Onlays
Sometimes referred to as indirect fillings, inlays and onlays are made from porcelain and can be used to repair teeth that are damaged by decay, chipping, or another trauma. Inlays are used to seal and repair damage to the inside of the tooth, while onlays repair surface damage.
Dentures
It is only natural that teeth and gum structures begin to deteriorate over time. When a tooth is deteriorated beyond repair, it must be extracted. Dentures are removable dental appliances that offer a practical solution to the problems created by missing teeth. Dentures allow people who are missing one or more teeth enjoy renewed chewing ability and ease when speaking. While Dr. Call is well trained in the art of denture formation and placement, he prefers to use dentures as a temporary solution for the interim period when patients’ dental implants are being prepared. Dental implants offer a much more comfortable and permanent solution to missing teeth. Click here to learn more about dental implants, and why they may be the best alternative for you.
Full Mouth Restoration
For patients who have more than one cosmetic issue with their smile, Dr. Call is pleased to offer full mouth restorations. He can combine numerous procedures, such as dental implants, crowns, and tooth whitening, to create a full smile makeover. Patients who are interested in full mouth restoration but are apprehensive about cost are encouraged to review the financing options available at our practice. Furthermore, Dr. Call would like to remind patients who hesitate to undergo full mouth restorations because they are concerned about pain that he offers nitrous oxide conscious sedation, which can make your time in the dentist's chair relaxed and pain-free.
